A Powerful Spectrum of Facilitators

Join a small international collaborative year long facilitation cohort. Our 2022-23 cohort included experienced facilitator participants from three continents and six countries. We meet every month on the third Wednesday of the month at 7 or 8 am PT. You get 12 group sessions, plus you will have access to hundreds of facilitation resources and templates.     Eileen Pippins, M.A., ToP Facilitator and Trainer, is a Learning Organizational Development (LD/OD) Specialist, educator, and dynamic facilitator. Over 15 years of learning and program development, implementation and training in higher learning, non-profit and corporate settings. She is a Communication Studies professor. Eileen brings focused and exciting energy in the work she does as a change agent.

  • Why do I need to apply for this program?

    We want to have a diverse group of people who are fully committed to participate for a year. It is very important that you can say “yes I am in!” And, attend as many of the live virtual sessions as possible. We also need you to commit to signing up for your mentoring spots at the times that works for you and us. We want to make sure that we have a globally, generationally, racially diverse cohort if at all possible. We understand that many of you cannot afford this but we are trying to make it as low-cost as possible for everyone who signs up. Two payments plans are available.

  • What do I need to do to apply for this program?

    We would like you to answer these questions in your Google Form application. Please tell us: Name; Current country of residence; Your generation; Your ethnicities/race; Other identities you are willing to share; Your experience with Facilitation e.g., types of clients sectors served whether you are in-house external years of practice types of methods you are currently using; Your willingness to commit to a year long program and attend > 80% of the sessions.   • When will the Gold membership start?

    Because you also will have access to the Bronze and Silver memberships, you can start looking at resources right away in the Bronze and Silver sections. The launch of the Gold membership will be September 2023 (Specific date TBA).

This cohort offers an opportunity to learn, share and expand your facilitator competencies in a community of practice like environment. This Academy is for experienced professionals with facilitator experience and invites all who want to expand their knowledge, competence and level up their skill set to apply. We are also looking for those who are committed to this path and have some experience facilitating groups in a variety of settings. If you are ready to commit to this year long experience, offering and receiving peer support, and open to different learning styles, then this cohort is for you.

The Gold Membership is extremely limited! The Academy is accepting a maximum of 20 people from around the world. The application deadline is July 20, 2023. We accept those who represent a group of generational, racial, geographical and other diverse identities. Because the Academy takes applicants from around the world, once your application is accepted we will inform you of the meeting dates and times to best accommodate the various time zones.
